These measurements allow us to quote accurately without back-and-forth.
Measure the outer diameter of the conveyor tube or check the machine documentation. Standard sizes are 3" (76mm OD) or 4" (102mm OD).
Measure across the face of an existing disc in millimetres. Standard sizes are 64mm (3" tube) or 78–86mm (4" tube). Discs wear with use — enter what you measure and we'll confirm the correct replacement.
Count the spaces between discs — not the discs themselves. Or use N = ((C ÷ P) × 2) + 6 if you have your centres distance and pitch spacing.
Galvanised carbon steel is standard; stainless steel for food-grade or chemically demanding environments. If you're unsure, our team can help from photographs or documentation.
