Gather these measurements to ensure an accurate quote with no back-and-forth.
Measure the outer diameter of the conveyor tube or check the machine documentation. Entecon machines are typically 3" (76mm) or 4" (102mm) tube diameter.
Measure straight across the face of a disc in millimetres. Standard sizes are 64mm (3" tube) or 78–86mm (4" tube). Discs wear gradually — enter what you measure and we'll confirm the right replacement size.
Count the spaces between discs on the rope — not the discs themselves. Alternatively, N = ((C ÷ P) × 2) + 6 if you have the centres and pitch dimensions.
Galvanised carbon steel is most common. Stainless steel 316 for food-grade or chemical environments. Our team can help confirm from photographs if you're unsure.
